Membership Eligibility:
Any attorney-at-law, (i) who is not a member of, employed by, or associated with, a law firm (whether as an employee, member, partner, of counsel, or independent contractor), and (ii) who renders legal services to a company or companies (which term shall include for profit corporations, nonprofit corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and partnerships), either as an employee of such company or companies or other entity, or as an individual attorney, whose practice is principallyconcerned with providing counsel to companies, as an independent corporate counsel.





















Dyane O’Leary is a Professor of Legal Writing and Director of the Legal Innovation & Technology Institute at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, which for several years has been nationally ranked #1 for legal tech. Last year, Prof. O’Leary chaired the American Association of Law School’s Section on Technology, Law & Legal Education.  Before moving into academia she was a litigator at WilmerHale in Boston and federal district court law clerk. She teaches courses such as Generative AI for Lawyers and Modern Legal Practice Innovation & Technology. Her work has been recognized with a Fastcase 50 award for innovation, and she is a fellow with the College of Law Practice Management and included on the ABA’s Women of Legal Tech list. Her 2022 book, Legal Innovation & Technology: A Practical Skills Guide for the Modern Lawyer, was the first student-centered book of its kind.
