- Massachusetts law update: the state legislature has been busy and the speakers will touch on all the recent changes to make sure you are up to date and up to speed: marijuana in the workplace, pregnant workers’ fairness, pay equity, non-compete agreements and paid family and medical leave.
- Supreme Court Update: the speakers will also update you on two recent decisions impacting the workplace--mandatory class action waivers and compelled union dues deductions in the public sector.
